We are currently seeking a multi-talented, quality minded technician with strong maintenance and carpentry skills. The ideal candidate would be highly motivated, a problem solver, creative and pay attention to detail. We are willing to train the right candidate who will grow with the company.
Your day to day will include upkeep of existing luxury properties, as well as installations of various projects. Our work ranges from upkeep and maintenance to residential projects such as interior renovation installs to a variety of upscale property improvements. No two weeks or two jobs are the same.

Job Type:
Full-time Maintenance and Design Install Tech
Guaranteed 35-40 hours a week.
Flexibility with work schedule.
Compensation:
$20-$36 per hour depending on experience and performance.
Guaranteed 30 hours/week, with occasional overtime available. If there is less than 35 hours of work, you still get paid for a full week.
Referral and performance bonuses.
Free stays in select Airbnb units.
Paid vacation time after one year.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform tasks at the direction of co-workers, up to client standards.
Landscaping and irrigation maintenance and repair.
Keep a clean work area.
Plan, schedule, and see tasks through to completion.
Communicate politely and effectively with guests, clients and co-workers.
Stick to communication guidelines.
Ensure proper maintenance logs and work reports indicating time and materials used.
Demonstrate responsible use and care for equipment, vehicles, tools, and other materials.
Order and buy materials necessary to complete jobs.
Tracking and completing returns within the proper time window.
Communicate when you will have difficulty completing a task properly.
Follow safety protocols, including safe use of ladders and equipment.
Assist with vacating guests who do not check out on time in a professional manner.
Add to and follow company Standard Operating Procedures.
Learn new and existing software our company uses.
Assist with special projects, errands and tasks.
Keep up with the physical demands of the job.
Follow commonly held building codes/best practices and product manufacturers directions.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience.
Current class C Driver’s License with no restrictions.
Reliable transportation.
Knowledge of basic residential home repairs.
Proficiency with tools and equipment.
Good communication skills.
